Expert workspace
The Expert section contains application-level stewardship pages for shared Actualog data. It is separate from a company workspace: experts review data used across companies and communities rather than only records owned by the currently selected company.
The section is available to authorized Experts and Application Administrators. Individual buttons can still depend on the current role, record state, and feature availability.
Implemented pages
- Expert Categories — review and maintain the shared category taxonomy.
- Product Stewardship — find and repair products that require application- or category-level governance.
- Attribute Groups — browse the groups used to organize shared attributes.
- Attributes — find shared attribute definitions and inspect their use.
- Companies — review companies across the application and find missing governance data.
- Measures — maintain measures and units of measurement.
- Exports — download or delete files generated from Expert pages.
- Community media assets — manage application/community-owned media that is not owned by one company.

Expert scope versus company scope
Use a company workspace when you are maintaining products, catalogs, users, media, integrations, or billing for that company. Use Expert pages when the task concerns shared taxonomy, reusable definitions, cross-company review, or platform-level repair.
Expert access does not remove business rules. Publication, approval, ownership, audit, and product-governance rules still apply.
